These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.optionshopper.com and its tools (the "Service"), operated by EDR Consulting, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Option Shopper provides software tools that screen publicly available options-market data against parameters you set (e.g., delta, premium, ROI target). The Service surfaces information; it does not place trades, manage accounts, or act as a broker-dealer or investment advisor.
Nothing on this site or within any Option Shopper tool constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. All output is informational only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. See our Disclosures & Risks page for more.
Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or output.
Option Shopper tools are made available as a benefit of Dorian Trader membership. Access may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or of Dorian Trader's own terms.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the Service; resell or redistribute access; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to disrupt its operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDR Consulting, Inc. shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
